Q: What are the postage costs?? = A: All items under £150 are charged postage according to their size/weight, otherwise all items over this threshold are postage and packaging free.
Q: If I can’t find the item I want on your site does this mean you don’t have it? = A: This is sometimes not the case, with our huge range of available items, its sometimes impossible to list them all, so what we ask is you to contact us and enquire about your desired item, and we will supply you with one, if not steer you in the right direction.
Q: Do your prices include GST? = A: All price are GST inclusive to all Jersey/Guernsey buyers (No more hidden costs)
Q: How long do I usually have to wait for my items? = A: We endeavour to get your item’s ordered/sent out the same day, depending on stock availability these can take between 2-5 working days. Isle of Man clients maybe slightly longer with a 4-8 working day delivery period.
Q: Are the prices VAT free?? = A: Unfortunately not, are prices are amazing and low, due to our main clientele been the Channel Islands, however when a UK address is selected the appropriate tax/VAT (17.5%) will be added to the goods on checkout.
Q: What happens if i receive the wrong item? = A: If the invoice has been made for the correct item yet you have received the in-correct item, this will be amended on our behalf a courier will collect the misplaced good and replace them with the correct goods.
Q: With your kiteboarding lessons what happens with time and dates?? = A: When a Kiteboarding tuition package has been purchased we will contact you in less that 24 hours giving you details of our next time and date available, this is obviously wind depending and peek season can sometimes occur a 2-4 week waiting list.
Q: Will my posted items be track-able? = A: Yes these will be track able, on checkout please notify us that you would like a tracking number when your goods have been posted.
Q: Will my posted items be insured? = A: Yes they will, every penny of the invoiced prices.
