Windmadness has a no quibble returns policy.
Any goods purchased from Windmadness can be returned unused within 30 days for refund or exchange. All returns must have the following information enclosed with the goods.

Customers Address
Contact telephone number
Reason for return
Order number or invoice number.
We regret we cannot refund carriage on goods incorrectly ordered.
