Windmadness delivery

All products (Exc Services) ordered online will be delivered within 2-3 working days for Jersey and 4-5 throughout the Channel Islands/UK/Europe.

Regrettably – Our system does not take orders outside of Europe, however, please do email us for a quotation, as we may still be able to help! 

All taxes for Channel Islands are included in our online prices, however, European/UK tax is the responsibility of the buyer.

Item’s can be hand delivered in Jersey, to a location/time of your choice, between the hours of 8AM-8PM Mon-Friday and 8AM-1PM Saturday.

Most of our items are kept in stock, but many of the larger items are a “order on demand” basis, should this be the case you will be notified and delivery times will be arranged.

All orders over £150.00 are free shipping. Orders under £150.00 A Standard fee for moderate size items will be displayed upon checkout.

WEBSITE RETURNS POLICY
In accordance with the Jersey law distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days following delivery of your order and, if necessary, return the goods to us within 14 days for a full refund – no hassle, no questions, it’s all good. If in Jersey. You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention to cancel by email. Should you wish to cancel your order, any goods supplied must be returned within 14 days of your notice to cancel. Providing the goods are returned in original condition with all packaging and labeling, you will receive a full refund. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until received by ourselves, and we strongly advise customers to use an insured delivery service. The cost of returning all items is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund postage costs unless the goods are faulty or wrong.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail info@Windmadness.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Please allow 1 working day from receipt of a return for us to process your refund. Once a refund is processed you’ll receive an email confirming this (the email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation email was sent). After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow a further 3-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. Please be aware that when returning goods back to us, we will only refund the postage if the goods are faulty or wrong.
