Delivery Costs
Orders over £150.00 are delivered to your front door free of charge. Items under this threshold will be charged accordingly to weight and size of the goods, this can be obtained by a quote from our team, through Email’s or phone calls.
Delivery to addresses in the U.K
We endeavour to have our items to our clients overseas with in 7-21 working days depending on stock availability. However should there be any minor issues with your order you will be notified the next working day by one of our team members. Please note all prices are VAT/Tax free, all UK customers will pay the VAT on the checkout page.
Returns
Windmadness has a no quibble returns policy. Any goods purchased from Windmadness can be returned unused within 30 days from order date for refund or exchange. All returns must have the following information enclosed with the goods.
